What a rush — October was both busy and exciting for Contentful. Fast Forward Live took place on October 26, where we announced several major Contentful updates (which we’ll get into momentarily). The Developer Relations team was also busy hosting a developer meetup in London. Outside of these events, we explored Developer Showcase projects and wrote about the ones that caught our eye over the past few months.

London developer meetup
The same day, the entire Contentful Developer Relations team was in London hosting a developer meetup. The group came together for the following presentations:
Steve Ruiz, founder of tldraw, discussed the programming and UX challenges he has faced when designing arrows.
Obinna Ekwuno, Javascript Developer and Developer Advocate, gave a talk about using the Jamstack to push boundaries on the web.
We also had our friends from Vercel give a lightning talk on the latest Next.js features.
It was amazing to see so many of you IRL — we hope to be back soon.
