Congress for Digital Transformation in Hamburg

For years, solutions and DILK (Deutscher IT-Leiter-Kongress) have been known for their speakers. This year, our speakers and experts will cover the three topic clusters: "People", "Technology" and "Business" - in a practical, realistic way. We are proud to have more than 100 speakers this year. Our main topic is Digital Transformation, the change we have all been in for a long time. For us, there are three pillars that we keep encountering and that illustrate the aspects even more clearly:

• People: The basic prerequisite for digital transformation is people. How do we work together? How do I organize myself and/or my team? Getting things done, leadership, resilience. Shine a light on yourself, see what others are doing and become better.

• Technology: New tools for real business value. Is the latest always the best? How do others solve challenges? Security, modern architecture, but also the very simple, practical tools that simplify your life. Practical examples in exciting formats.

• Business: How do you scale companies, internationalize successfully and regulate working hours and locations in order to survive in global competition? Our program in the area of business shows solutions for organizational development and gives room for personal exchange among each other.
