Log in to Contentful web app

You can log in to your Contentful account using your username and password, using two-factor authentication, single-sign on. If you have trouble logging in, you can try the steps offered below.
Go to be.contentful.com/login.
Type in your username and password.
Click Log in.
If you’re not using a shared computer, you can stay logged in for longer by checking the “Remember me” box.

Log in using two-factor authentication (2FA)
For additional security, you can set up your Contentful account to require two-factor authentication.
Go to be.contentful.com/login.
Type in your username and password.
Follow the instructions to verify your identity by entering a code sent to a trusted device.

Log in using single sign-on (SSO)
For additional security, you company can set up your login to use single sign-on (SSO).
Go to be.contentful.com/login/sso.
Type in the SSO name of your organization.
Follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity by logging in with your SSO provider.
When you sign out of Contentful, you will be redirected to a dedicated SSO logout page. Bookmark this page for one-click access to Contentful in the future.

Trouble logging in to Contentful
If you have trouble logging in to the Contentful web app, try the following:
When typing in your password, make sure the caps lock key isn’t on (passwords are case-sensitive).
If you set up your Contentful account to require two-factor authentication, make sure you correctly enter the latest code sent to your device.
Clear your browser's cache, local storage and cookies, then restart the browser and start again.
Try using other browsers (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge)
If you can’t remember your password, you will need to reset your Contentful web app password.
NOTE: You will be locked out of your account after 5 attempts of entering an incorrect password. To unlock your account, you will need to enter your email here. In this email, you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
