Managing space roles and permissions
Adding a user to a space
A Space admin can add a user to a space from the User tab under Space settings. When adding the user, the admin needs to select a role for the user to grant their permissions in the space. Once the user is added, the admin is able to change the role assigned to the user.
Adding a team to a space
A Space admin can add a team to a space from the "Teams" tab under Space settings. Teams is a feature available to our Premium/Enterprise customers. When adding the team, the admin needs to select a role for the user to grant their permissions in the space. Once the team is added, the admin is able to change the role assigned to the user from the Users tab under Space settings.
Managing custom roles and permissions
Custom roles and permissions are available on our Premium/Enterprise plans for space sizes P1X and above. A space admin of a space with custom roles and permissions is able to create, update and delete any role within the space. An admin can manage their roles from the Roles & permissions tab under Space settings.
NOTE: The options of editing and deleting roles are only available for Premium/Enterprise plan customers with space sizes P1X and above.
